EN-Motion Entertainment accepts return requests for eligible items within
10 days of the posted tracking delivery date.
To request a return, customers must complete the return request form using the link provided below. Return requests submitted after the 10-day window may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return:
▸ Return must be requested within 10 days of the posted tracking delivery date
▸ Item must be unworn
▸ Item must be unused
▸ Item must include original tags
▸ Item must be returned in its original condition
▸ Return must be approved before the item is shipped back
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, alteration, or missing tags may not be eligible for refund.
Return Shipping
Once a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Approved returns will be reviewed once the returned item is received.
If the item meets the return requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Digital downloads and other digital products are not eligible for return or refund once purchased.
Additional non-returnable items may include final sale items, limited-release items marked as final sale, or items that do not meet the return condition requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work to correct the order.
